Ep 01: Eight Things I’ve Done To Be Happier In Motherhood
In this very first episode of the Finding Yourself In Motherhood podcast, we’re getting real about the hardships and struggles in motherhood that no one is talking about. Becoming a mom has been one of the hardest and most challenging experiences that I’ve ever had. And today I want to share my struggles so that you can see that you are not alone, but also share what I’ve done to get out of the harder spots and see more joy to help encourage you. So get ready for my eight biggest moves I did to see changes towards a better life after becoming a mom.

The whole goal of this podcast is to make this a safe space to be who you are and to feel whatever it is that you’re feeling. This is a safe space for all of us to build community together.

Being more flexible with your day.
Setting big picture goals for your future that you can look forward to and work towards. This will get you out of the day-to-day routine and make you see the “big picture”.
Phases come and go in motherhood. When you’re in a hard stage, knowing that it will pass can help to get through it.
Not being with your kids 100% of the time (and why it’s important)
Eating good quality foods and taking care of yourself - especially during the stressful times.
