Have you ever wondered how you could make your favorite salad dressings in a healthy, more affordable version? This post shares 6 healthy salad dressing recipes that are packed full of nutrition and easy to make!  As a mama, I read a lot of food package labels. And most of the time after reading the ingredients on a package, I tend to put it back on the shelf. There are so many food products that are full of preservatives and TONS of sugar - especially salad dressings!

Have you ever looked at the ingredients of store bought salad dressings? It's kinda scary when you do. There are so many things I can't even pronounce that it doesn't seem right feeding those to my family. Well luckily, there is a great alternative... you can make the salad dressings yourself!

These salad dressing recipes are so simple and easy to make. If you make them at home, you can control how much you make, which means you'll have less clutter taking up space in your fridge. Once you try a few of these recipes you'll quickly learn which ones are your favorites and what dishes you like to pair them with. But I've also included a few suggestions below to help spark ideas for you.

These recipes aren't just great for salads! You can use them in quinoa bowls, on top of roasted veggies, pasta dishes, or even as a marinade on fish or chicken!

These 6 recipes will be something you go back to again and again.

All of these dressings are made with whole natural ingredients that you'll feel good about sharing with your family. Each recipe makes about 3/4 cup, which is the perfect size to store in these small mason jars.
