Real Talk: most of us were not taught proper nutrition in schools and a lot of our current knowledge about health comes from profit-driven marketing campaigns and random sources on the internet. I call this “piece-work knowledge” because a lot of it is rumor based or information driven by profit and not backed by science.

What exactly do I get when I sign up?
As soon as you join, you’ll get access to the online class platform where you can start watching the lessons. This is a private, password-protected area for those that are enrolled in the class. Inside there are video lessons, audio lessons, and PDF print-outs to help you.
What does this online class offer that isn’t already available on your website/podcast?
So much more is inside this online program! While I do share recipes on my blog and loads of info on my podcast, I don’t teach you the exact roadmap to follow for healthy eating at home anywhere else except for inside this program. That means all the tutorial videos, healthy eating guides, mindset shifts, and nutrition info.
Will I be getting specific grocery lists?
Yes! I’ve included two weeks of meal plans for you. Inside each you will receive a grocery shopping list, PLUS you get my master grocery list of all foods that I recommend.
Is the food you teach inside the program expensive?
My focus inside the program is with budget-friendly foods because that’s how I like to shop!
What if my family hates this food?
I have tips inside the program for introducing your family to healthier foods (and what to do if they don’t like it), but I also offer a wide variety of options, and make this easy to adapt to your family’s personal needs.
Will I have to change my entire lifestyle and get rid of all of my favorite junk foods?
Nope! Personally I believe that life should be about balance. You get to decide how far you want to go on the spectrum of healthy eating. That’s the beauty of it all.
What if we have food allergies? Will you address this?
I do somewhat… All of my recipes are nut-free, many are dairy optional and I have loads of gluten-free options. Most of what I’m teaching you is so flexible, it will be easy to adjust to your family’s needs.
How much time do I need to do this class?
All of the videos inside the class are under 20 minutes. So you can learn in bite-size pieces or binge it all in a weekend. The learning won’t take up too much time. In order to get the most of the program, you’ll be going through restocking your pantry, grocery shopping and cooking - but these are all things we have to do anyways, right!?
What if I have a specific question. Can I talk to you directly?
Yes absolutely! You can email me here if you have any questions before signing up for the class. Once you’re inside you can email me regarding any questions you have as you go through the lessons, and you’ll get access to the private Facebook group where you can bounce ideas off other moms and also ask questions there.
